- 1 Grapefruit

- 1 Lime
- 1 Bunch of Fresh Mint
- Water and Ice

Berry Rosemary Spa Water Infused with Orange Curl and Fresh Mint
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 4 orange curls
- 1 half cup fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1 half cup fresh mint sprigs
- 3 to 4 cups of ice
- 3 to 4 cups of cold water
Raspberries and blueberries are both very high in antioxidants.

Lemongrass Spa Water/Tea Recipe
with Ginger
- 1/2 Cup sliced ginger
- 4 Bundles of lemon grass (I use whole stalks 4 to a bundle)
- 6 Tea bags (I use green but use your favorite)
- 5 Quarts of Water
- 6 Tablespoons of honey or Agave Nectar (I use 3 honey and 3 agave)
