  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 4 orange curls
  • 1 half cup fresh rosemary sprigs

  • 3 to 4 cups of ice

  • 6 Tablespoons of honey or Agave Nectar (I use 3 honey and 3 agave)
